Mayflower College
With over 30 years experience of providing English courses and testing, our philosophy is based on the belief that after students visit Mayflower, they will go home and recommend us to their friends, families and colleagues.
Mayflower College is located just a few metres from the seafront in the historic city of Plymouth. Mayflower college courses are “Accredited by the British Council” and Mayflower College is a member of English UK.
We were established in 1988 and pre-pandemic welcomed approximately 1,000 learners (from 50+ countries) each year to Plymouth.
Adult students are welcomed throughout the year and juniors (13+ years) study mainly in the summer months.
Courses include tailor-made group courses, General English and IELTS preparation. In addition, since 1992 we have specialised in aviation English (courses for pilots / controllers, teachers and examiners).
Our sister company is the founder / owner of the world's leading test of Aviation English - approx. 40,000 pilots and controllers have taken T.E.A. (Test of English for Aviation) throughout the world.
Mayflower College is also an IELTS test centre.
